On June 1st, after a few months of illness and misdiagnoses, my beautiful little 2 year old granddaughter was diagnosed with a large brain tumor, had surgery a few days later, and is now undergoing several months of aggressive chemotherapy. Other than one weekend at home, she has been in Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt since the first of June. Family and friends have organized several fundraisers to help Jolee and her daddy and mommy with mounting medical expenses which have incurred since the Spring of 2018. Donations are accepted via PayPal or check (contact me, Jolee's nana, to make a donation), a GoFund me page for Jolee Manis (fees may be deducted, but we have been told if you scroll down the page when making a donation, there is an option not to have fees taken out), or by participating in a local fundraiser. Please visit my Facebook business page to get updates on Jolee and information on any fundraisers going on at the moment. Most of all, we ask for your prayers for Jolee, for her daddy and mommy, and for the doctors and caregivers.

Springtime at Honeysuckle Lane

Happy Sunday!

Like so many of you, spring is has come early to my neck of the woods and there's lots to do here. With so many things on my to-do list, I won't be working on handmade items for a while. What few things I have had time to do are now available at TDIPT Mercantile.

There are 3 petite silk ribbon daffodil pillows remaining. The pale robin's egg blue pillow is sold.

I'll still be checking in and blogging about this and that... so come back for a visit when you have time, or subscribe to get Honeysuckle Lane's Simple Joys blog updates by email. You can find the subscription box in the sidebar, about 6 sections down.

Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed week!
Take care,
