Vintage Half Square Triangle Quilt

While this isn’t what you’d call a pretty quilt, it has some vintage charm.
I wanted to use the feedsack fabrics I had recently bought. And I wanted to make half square triangles... so I made this quilt!
All prints are vintage. The solids are new fabrics.
I did a simple meandering quilting design with my Juki TL 2000qi.

You can find this quilt in my Honeysuckle Lane Etsy shop.
It’s the perfect size for a baby quilt or toddler quilt, and if your decor is vintage or country cottage, that’s even better!

Scrappy Vintage Quilt

I’ve been making quilts for the past several months and realized I hadn’t shared them on my blog.
This one was definitely a labor of love. I collected vintage scraps, some very small scraps, and pieced them together to make scrappy squares to then sew into a very scrappy quilt.

I estimated about 300 - 400 pieces in the top. It measures 38” x 36”.

I ended up listing it in my Etsy shop and it has since gone to its new home.

I love how the top reminded me of stained glass...
