This is my sister’s testimony. To give a little background, in 2006, we lost our mama. About a month later, Barbara was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. Over many months she went through a radical mastectomy, reconstruction surgery, aggressive chemo, and radiation. She never gave up and her faith was a testimony to all who knew and met her. Fast forward to 2018… it was a hard year for me and my two sisters. Our oldest sister lost her husband in January, Barbara was diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer in February, and my sweet 2 year old granddaughter, who had been sick for several months, was diagnosed with a brain tumor on June 1st. If you have followed me the past few years, you know of Jolee’s journey with surgeries and treatments and have rejoiced with us over stable scans. God is good! During the last 3 years, my sister has gone about every 3 or 4 weeks for treatment to keep her cancer from getting worse, even though it was throughout her body. But now, watch this video of her testimony at church! When she called me to tell me the news that afternoon, I didn’t know what to say, I think I was in shock in a good way… like her, I wasn’t expecting that news. Our oldest sister announced it at church that night (not this video) and we cried and people rejoiced and shouted and praised God… but now you can see Barbara’s testimony at her church. Thank you God, and thank you faithful friends who have prayed for our family through the years! Please share her testimony if you know someone who needs encouragement and hope. 🙏🏼♥️
